If you wish to acquire any of our services listed above, please complete our Servicing & Repairs Process Form. Once complete, our Technical Team will contact you to proceed with your servicing or repair.

Please note, EnviroRides is charged £10 for every failed collection, these fees will be forwarded onto your final invoice.
EnviroRides hold no liability for any damage sustained to your eScooter or eBike during transit due to poor packaging. The customer is solely reasonable for packaging the eScooter securely so that it is safe to handle for all those involved.

Please note, we will apply an additional cleaning fee (price dependent on condition upon receipt) if an eScooter is returned in an unfit state for servicing and repair work.
Please beware, our EnviroRides Technical Team will try to carry out your servicing and repairs as quickly as possible, but we do advise allowing 10-14 working days for all servicing and repairs.

Please note, due to severe logistical issues caused by both COVID and Brexit, EnviroRides can no longer source replacement parts for eScooters or eBikes not sold by EnviroRides.
