SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all eScooter and eBike orders being shipped to a UK mainland address. Unfortunately, due to increase shipping costs associated with Brexit, we can no longer dispatch eSoooters and eBikes to any N.I address free of charge. For shipments outside the UK, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

How long will my order take?

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 10am will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next day. Orders after 10am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. All orders are dispatched with next day delivery, although this is not guaranteed. We advise allowing 1–3 working days for delivery, and 2-4 working days for any N.I or International orders.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns within 30 days from date of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in the original packaging provided with all the original components (charger, manual, phone holder etc) and less than 5 km added to the odometer. If you wish to return within 30 days, you will be charged a fixed return shipping fee, the fee will vary on the model. For our full return policy, please see Returns and Refunds. What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

If you experience any orders which arrive damaged, please photograph all the damages, this includes any damaged packaging. Please then contact us via the Contact Us page along with your order number and any images of the damage.

WARRANTY

How long is my eScooter or eBike under warranty?

We offer up to 2-year warranty, subject to model which covers the original owner against any manufacturing defects and faults. Please see our full Warranty Policy.

How do I make a warranty claim?

What should I do if I have an issue with my scooter?

It is possible the damage may be covered under the limited warranty policy. We recommend photographing/recording the damage, then completing the Warranty Process Form here.

How long does it take to resolve warranty issues?

We aim to have all eScooters and eBikes which are covered under our warranty policy to be back within 7-14 days.

Do you offer any referral programs?

Do we have any stores?

We are purely an online retailer, although we do offer collection and drop off services within Kent and its surrounding areas. You can also visit us at our Ashford, Kent Depot. Please contact us via the Contact Us page if you wish to make an appointment.
